How to Request an ÃÀ¹úAVƬ ID card for Non-employees
Using Stable Sponsored Account Request an ÃÀ¹úAVƬ Employee may make the request for an ID number and/or ID card fro a non-employee sponsored account.
- Login to the Stable STABLE: Supporting Technology Assets Buildings Logistics & Events with your ÃÀ¹úAVƬ ID and password.
- Click on the Sponsored Account Request. The request must be fully completed for processing.
- Complete the fields and click Submit.
Please allow 24-48 hours to process the request.
Non-Employee Photos
ÃÀ¹úAVƬ ID card photos are taken in the ÃÀ¹úAVƬ Parkign and ID Card Services Office during business hours. In some cases photos can be submitted via email and should be submitted by the ÃÀ¹úAVƬ Sponsor via idcard@smu.edu. Images must meet the photo requirements as outlined on the ÃÀ¹úAVƬ ID Cards page.
Need to replace a card?
The sponsored user may visit our office in Hughes Trigg Student Center during business hours to request a replacement card. A 40.00 fee applies.
