Biographical Note

Joshua Bolten served as White House deputy chief of staff from January 2001 to June 2003. He directed the Office of Management and Budget from 2003 to 2006, before being named White House chief of staff to President George W. Bush in 2006. He has served as president and CEO of the Business Roundtable since 2017.
